1st Grade students learned Dreidel Dreidel & then learned how to play the game it is named for.

Elementary Classroom Music!

Student in grades K-5 have music twice a week for fifty minutes. Students follow state standards of music education. We also learn instruments such as recorder, world drums, xylophones, and guitar!

4th and 5th Grade Recorder Orders

4th and 5th Grade Students will be learning recorder in class this year!

We have some available at the school to borrow, but most parents prefer students to have their own. Below is our recommendation. Buyer beware of recorders bought at discount stores- they often play

3, 4, & 5- We are counting RHYTHMS

Grade 3, 4, & 5- We have been working on counting rhythms like professional musicians!  This is a great review for what we have done so far!

All students in Grades 3-5 will learn the Treble Staff

We have not yet started this, but those auditioning for world percussion may want to review!
